At MAR.NEL, all items are made to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• wrong size selection

• change of mind

• accidental orders

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it or refund it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method.
